About Us

I, Adam talking, founded Fitness Planning Consultants, Inc. in 1998.  We have been doing speed training for athletes since 2002, opening up my first location in 2003 in Gahanna.  I opened a second location up in Dublin in 2008.  Wanting to be closer to my family, I closed down the East location and now do all the speed training in Dublin at Ohio Sports Plus.

I am from Columbus and this is a picture of me about to dunk before the Central Ohio All-Star game in 1990.  Just wanted to show some proof that at some point I had some hops and speed.

I had my time in the sun and now I want to help others have their time in the sun by improving their speed and explosiveness.  If you give us 100% effort, then I know we will get you to where you want to be.
