Workout Routine For Bryce Harper

At age 19, Bryce Harper was the youngest position player to ever be in an all-star game.  What does Bryce do for workouts?  The internet did not provide much information.  Adam Kessler, of Columbus, Ohio, provides input as to what he would have this natural athlete do.  Due to the fact that he is a baseball player, throws and hits (mostly) with one arm, he could develop muscle imbalances.  Adam would do a body assessment, such as the Functional Movement Screen to identify any imbalances.  To see what a recommended routine from this speed trainer would be, click here:  Workout Routine For Bryce Harper
