A High School Teams Complete Speed Training Program

Recently, Columbus, Ohio, speed trainer, Adam Kessler spoke at the Ohio NSCA State Clinic about his complete speed training program for high school teams.  He received some feedback from some of the attendees.  To summarize, the two areas you need to improve on in order to run faster are running mechanics and strength.  It is possible to implement both into your program in a way that maximizes the athletes time.  Adam suggests utilizing a strength program that works well for your team overall, but to also incorporate specific strengthening exercises for optimal development.  To see Adam's program and feedback on how you can put together your own program, click here:  A High School Teams Complete Speed Training Program
