Dunking A Basketball

With the 2012 NBA dunk contest behind us, Adam Kessler discusses how you can work on your attempt to dunk a basketball. Although Adam is a speed trainer, some of the same principals apply to both speed training and learning how to dunk a basketball; with some modifications. Although there are certain things that you cannot change- height and size of hand for starters- you can work on your plyometrics and strength training to increase your chance of dunking a basketball.
