SQUAT- To Get Faster!

To get faster, you need to be doing squats.  Why?  Speed trainer, Adam Kessler says squats will help to strengthen the muscles in your legs with a movement similar to what is used when you sprint.  Squats hit the glutes, quads and hamstrings in one move.  There are several different types of squats; each one targets a slightly different part of the muscle(s) in your legs.  Do you go parallel or below?  To see this Columbus, Ohio trainers response and how he incorporates squats in his speed training, click here:  SQUAT- To Get Faster
