SQUAT- To Get Faster!
To get faster, you need to be doing squats. Why? Speed trainer, Adam Kessler says squats will help to strengthen the muscles in your legs with a movement similar to what is used when you sprint. Squats hit the glutes, quads and hamstrings in one move. There are several different types of squats; each one targets a slightly different part of the muscle(s) in your legs.
