Softball And Gymnastics Training Observations

Columbus, Ohio, speed trainer, Adam Kessler, observed local teams during their workouts and/or training.  First was the OSU softball team, training under the direction of Anthony Glass and assistant, Andy Britton.  The girls were focused and knew what they were there to do.  Adam picked up a few new exercises/strategies to use in his training.  Next stop was with Dave Anthony at Universal Gymnastics, Inc. in Hilliard, Ohio.  Adam has been training a couple of gymnasts that train with Dave.  He wanted to see them in their environment to see how he, as a speed coach could help improve their performance(s).  Click here to read more:  Softball And Gymnastics Training Observations
