The Right Time To Begin Speed Training

You want to get some speed training in before baseball tryouts happen in 3 weeks.  That should be enough time for Adam Kessler to get me a little faster, right?  WRONG- it takes longer than 3-4 weeks to make the necessary mechanical changes needed to improve your speed.  Adam is a speed trainer in Columbus, Ohio, and his program is set-up to help initially improve your speed in 2 months.  Does that mean you wait until exactly 2 months before tryouts or practices begin to work on improving your speed?  No!  To read when is the opportune time to start, click here:  The Right Time To Begin Speed Training
