Is running the 400M dash really a dash or more of a sprint these days? Adam Kessler, a speed trainer in Columbus, Ohio, likens it to more of a sprint. Clyde Hart, arguably the best 400 coach in the world, said that there are two types of quarter milers. half-milers and sprinters. He said that in general the sprinters have the advantage cause they have more speed, and thus a higher potential. i have more about it on my websites blog
